Taupos Friendliest Attraction

Arriving back in Taupo after a holiday in 2004, it stood out to us that Taupo really needed some family friendly activities.

Taupo has heaps of great adventure activities and awesome golf courses around the district and of cause our beautiful Lake Taupo. 

Most of these activities leave someone out, while the rest of the family are enjoying themselves. 

After a lot of discussion and planning, Taupo Puzzle World was opened in September 2006. It proved to be just what Taupo was looking for, a great collection of family friendly activities all under one roof. 

Opening in September 2006 with our Giant Maze, Drum Kit, Model Railway and Golf Simulator, one year on we added our Boat pond and 15 Shooting games in the simulator also expanded our range of unique Games and Puzzles to keep up with the demand. 

The next year we introduced New Zealands only LEGO display and our Hologram Gallery. 

Adding to a list of family friendly activities 2010 by designing and building our very tricky 9-hole Mini Golf course. Looks are very deceiving with our course and we have yet to see anyone finish it in par. 

In 2012 we added our latest attraction that lets anyone jump behind the controls of a small aircraft to buzz over the most iconic cities of the world, all ages are enjoying the thrills in our new Flight Simulator. With that a new name was needed, something that more incapsulated what we are all about. 6 years on we have now changed to Mind Junction, with lots more in the pipeline.

Now with 9 different activities all in one place, the whole family can enjoy each others company in one place.
